Traditionally, exterior detailing means a wash and wax. Many Alaskans believe there’s nothing they can do to keep the exterior of their cars looking clean. At Car Deets, we provide a deep level of cleaning starting with a hand wash, followed by a clay-bar decontamination process and a solvent wash. We then complete the process with a Ceramic Pro paint protection application.

 Paint Correction

Not to be confused with polishing, paint correction is the process of actually performing a deep clean to your car or truck’s paint. This is followed by the use of a high-tech dual-action polisher to remove swirl marks and most scratches. After a typical paint correction, your car will look brand new.

 Headlight Restoration

Alaskans spend a substantial amount of time driving in the dark. We also spend a substantial amount of money purchasing accessory lighting. Car Deets provides a very effective way to maximize your headlight’s potential. We use a dual action sander with specialized compounds to remove the oxidation caused by years of sunlight damage to headlight lenses. Once the headlight lens is polished, we apply a UV protectant and sealant to enhance the longevity of the headlight.
