At Car Deets, We Deliver Superior Service To Our Customers.
From the Owner: Jim Beach
Car Deets was originally started by my 16-year-old son Ben, as a way to hire, train, and employ homeless youth in the Mat-Su Valley. Ben wanted to be part of the solution as opposed to simply giving his contemporaries a hand-out, he wanted to give them a hand up.
Ben approached me and asked what kind of business we could start to provide a hand up to people his age and older who found themselves homeless and in a difficult place in life. Having been a business consultant, I began to look at what services were needed in the Mat-Su Valley and auto detailing fit the bill. Car Deets joined forces with a non-profit organization called, “My House.” My House is a drop-in center for homeless and unaccompanied youth in the Mat-Su Valley. A percentage of Car Deets profits is paid to My House to help provide food, clothing, and shelter for disadvantaged youth. Car Deets has hired, trained, and employed over 70 homeless or disadvantaged youth, many of whom have gone on to use their experience in full-time employment with large companies.
We are located in the midtown area of Anchorage. Not far from the airport or downtown. Our shop is top of the line and full service. Car Deets is the only certified Ceramic Pro installer in the state of Alaska.

Detail Shop History
Car Deets grew from an inspiration to the largest auto detailer in the state of Alaska in just four years. Today Car Deets is the largest auto detailer, providing a full line up of interior and exterior auto detailing along with rock-chip paint repair, Ceramic Pro paint protection coating, Clear Bra paint protection film, and windshield rock-chip repair.
“What sets us apart is we believe that doing a good job on a detail, making a car look amazing, is a matter of integrity.”
Alaska is a very diverse state and is geographically extreme. Car Deets wanted to provide service to as many Alaskan residents as possible, so we started our first shop in Wasilla and quickly outgrew that location and moved to a location in downtown Palmer to serve the Mat-Su Valley. In 2017, we opened a shop in the Fairbanks area. We also have an Anchorage location to serve the Anchorage bowl, and in addition to our three shops, we also provide mobile on-site services in Kodiak, the Kenai Peninsula, and all the areas surrounding our shops.
